Swede Pontus Andersson clinched the MOTIV AIK International Tournament 2025 title at Stockholm's Bowl-o-Rama, defeating No. 1 seed, 18-year-old Leo Norgren, in the championship match 237–207.

Norgren had a chance to secure victory with two strikes in the final tenth frame, but an unfortunate 7–10 split ended his bid for the title.

In the first stepladder match, Pontus Andersson overcame Finland's Tomas Käyhkö with a convincing 254–207 victory.

Interestingly, Andersson earned his spot in the three-person stepladder finals by just a one-pin margin, edging out Sweden's Karl Wahlgren after a combined total of 10 games in Final Step 2 and Final Step 3 (Andersson's 3480 to Wahlgren's 3479).

In the B Final, last year's MOTIV AIK runner-up, Finland's Luukas Väänänen, emerged victorious. During the final stage, Väänänen scored a total of 1336 over a six-game block. His compatriot Tiiamari Laukkanen finished second with 1278, while Malta's Kayden Lagana placed third with 1232.

Last year's champion, Alex Joki, finished in 23rd position.

Tournament took place form 26th of December 2024. A total of 327 bowling athletes competed in this year's MOTIV AIK International Tournament.
