Seven European athletes will try to claim their season-first PWBA title at the Spokane Open



The PWBA tour heads to the Pacific Northwest for the 2023 PWBA GoBowling! Spokane Open, which will be hosted at Lilac Lanes & Casino in Spokane from May 11-13.


It will be the second event of the PWBA Tour 2023.



Competition at the Spokane Open will start today, with two six-game qualifying rounds, the first beginning at 7 PM CET and the second following at 2 AM CET on Saturday.


After the twelve qualifying round games, the top 26 athletes will advance and bowl another six-game block at 6 PM CET on Saturday. After eighteen total games, the field will be cut down to the top 12 players, who will have a final six-game round at 11 PM CET to determine the five players for the stepladder finals, based on total pinfall for 24 games.


The finals of the Spokane Open will take place Saturday at 3:30 AM CET on Monday with the winner earning $20,000.


Seven European bowling athletes will participate in the event, with a chance to claim their first season PWBA title.
