An exciting friendly match between young athletes from Team Sweden Youth Academy and Storm Evolution (USA) took place today at Höganäs Bowling, located just twenty minutes' drive outside Helsingborg, where the only international PBA Tour event, the Storm Lucky Larsen Masters, is currently being held.

Young and skillful American bowling players, among them two-time PBA Major champion Kris Prather, who was taking part as a guest Team USA player, had the chance to experience the format of a Swedish league and the hospitality of Swedish Bowling Federation.

In an eight-player, four-game format, Storm Evolution secured the win with a final score of 13-7.

Tim Mack, a member of Team USA in 2003 and the team manager for the Portland Lumberjacks in the PBA League, who was also one of the first international bowlers in the Swedish league as part of Team Pergamon, expressed his hope that such events will occur more frequently in the future.

'We need to do more of these events to help us promote bowling and make it better for our kids. Sweden has such a rich bowling history, and the USA does as well. It's nice when we can organize a special event like this together. It's been phenomenal.'
