Thursday’s action at the 55th Brunswick Ballmaster Open featured some of the tournament’s most impressive performances yet, with an increasing number of international players taking to the lanes at Tali Bowling Hall in Helsinki, Finland. The highlights of the day included an 819 three-game series and an impressive four perfect 300-point games.
The day kicked off with Squad 13, where Italian bowler Antonino Fiorentino surged to the top with a stunning six-game total of 1448. Fiorentino’s stellar performance included a 279 score in Game 3, followed by a perfect game in Game 4.
The evening Squad 14 delivered even more bowling magic. Enzo Franco dazzled with a perfect game and an incredible 815 series over his first three games, while Ireland’s Taylor Forde Williams added to the excitement with his second 300-point game of the competition. Finland’s Lauri Kivioja closed the day with a perfect game in the final match.
However, it was Germany’s young talent Zeno Janssen who stole the spotlight. Janssen posted an impressive 1473 total, catapulting himself to 7th place overall and making a memorable debut at Tali Bowling Hall, surpassing all expectations.
