The CW Network signs multi-year broadcast deal with PBA to air Sunday bowling events starting in 2026
CW Network and Professional Bowlers Association (PBA)

Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) is leaving FOX. Starting in 2026, fans of professional bowling will have a new home to watch their favorite players compete. The CW Network has signed a multi-year agreement with the PBA to broadcast ten live events each year. These broadcasts will air in dedicated two-hour slots on Sunday afternoons, giving the sport a regular and reliable spot on national television.

This new partnership is part of The CW’s growing focus on live sports. By teaming up with the PBA, the network aims to bring the excitement of pro bowling to a wider audience. The Sunday time slot was chosen to make it easy for both new and long-time fans to follow the action every week.

Bowling has been a part of American sports television for decades. Since the PBA was founded in 1958, the tour’s biggest events have been where legends are made. Today’s stars like EJ Tackett, Jason Belmonte, Kyle Troup, and Anthony Simonsen bring powerful skills and standout personalities that help keep the game fresh and exciting. Every match brings moments that keep fans on the edge of their seats.

The PBA see The CW’s national reach and regular schedule as a big opportunity to grow the fanbase, highlight the talent of the bowlers, and bring more energy to a sport that millions of people already enjoy playing and watching.

Bowling now joins other sports on The CW lineup, including the NASCAR Xfinity Series, college football, Grand Slam Track events, and beach volleyball. With strong viewership numbers from other sports, the network is building a solid sports lineup that now includes the PBA as a key part of its future.

The full schedule of bowling broadcasts on The CW will be announced closer to the 2026 launch.
