What a weekend it’s been at the BowlingGP Series Youth 2025 in Grand-Quevilly, France. After two intense days of bowling across five challenging oil patterns, champions were crowned in five divisions, marking the end of a competitive and well-organized event.

The tournament brought together 53 youth players from four countries. On Saturday, competitors bowled four series—each on a different oil pattern. Sunday’s action began with a final six-game series on the fifth oil pattern, bringing the total to 16 games for most divisions (12 for U14). The top four players in each category then advanced to the knockout finals.

Girls Division

Anaïs Crouzat confirmed her top-seed status by winning the title in a close, high-scoring final against Célia Jeanne-Delafosse, 234–223. Manon Clément took third place with a confident 256–180 win over Loona Loir. Lena Lenglez, who had finished fifth in qualifying just four pins behind fourth, narrowly missed the finals.

Mixed U14 Division

Adam Cotton completed his dominant weekend with a tight 219–214 win over Matyss Chéron in the final. Perrine Royer finished strong in the third-place match, defeating Lorenzo Cousinat 198–151.

Boys U17 Division

Tom Levant stepped up in the final to defeat top qualifier Thomas Laymet-Carre, 225–192. The bronze medal match between Sam Baron-Vittecoq and Axel Forestier ended in a 181–181 tie, forcing a roll-off, where Baron-Vittecoq edged out the win.

Boys U21 Division

Yaari Lapid delivered a standout performance in the final, rolling a 247 to beat Maximilien Karczewski’s 226. Benjamin Guibert, who had led the division after Day 1, secured third place in a nail-biting 233–232 match against Helder Salgueiro Gonçalves.

Boys U25 Division

Lucas Fresnel capped off his weekend with a composed 239–205 victory over Louis Bonnet to take the title. Fresnel’s performance also featured a perfect 300 during qualifying. Yannick Rault claimed third place with a 243–192 win over Jade Caplain.

From multiple oil patterns to head-to-head finals, the BowlingGP Series Youth 2025 challenged players to adapt, perform under pressure, and finish strong.

The event once again proved that BowlingGP events are a valuable platform for youth bowlers to compete at a high level and gain experience across international competition.
