Three Europeans will team up with NASCAR celebrities on televised bowling event

The first Go Bowling! PBA NASCAR Invitational, which will take place at Phoenix Raceway and combine bowling and car racing, will air on FOX Sports' FS1 on March 12 at 18:00 CET.

A unique set of lanes was built by QubicaAMF inside The Barn at Phoenix Raceway.

The Go Bowling! PBA NASCAR Invitational at Phoenix Raceway will feature four professional bowlers—PBA Tour players American Kyle Troup and Jesper Svensson from Sweeden, PWBA Tour stars Daria Pajak from Poland and Brittish Verity Crawley —teaming with four NASCAR drivers and celebrities.

The event will also include a special shootout where celebrities will compete against one another in a quick-paced bowling competition.

"Many NASCAR drivers have shown a great interest in bowling, so to be able to bring stars from the PBA and PWBA together to team with current racing personalities at Phoenix Raceway during a big race week will be a treat for fans of both sports," said Tom Clark, Commissioner of the PBA Tour. "This event is going to be a lot of fun, but highly competitive. When you bring the best in the world at their respective sports together, there will be fireworks.".
