On May 25th, 2024, at the British Tenpin Bowling Association (BTBA) Senior Nationals, Mr. Lawrence Ellis was inducted into the UK Tenpin Bowling Hall of Fame.
The award, sponsored by Bowltech, was presented by fellow Hall of Famers Kim Oakley and Paul Loberman.
Lawrence Ellis has been an international bowler since his time with the Great Britain team, maintaining a high level of performance for over 40 years. His career includes titles on the BTBA, PTBC, and NST tours, multiple Triple Crown medals, and BTBA Nationals and Masters titles. He has also achieved success on the ISBT tour and at the European Senior Bowling Championships. In 2023, he became a World Senior double Gold medallist in Colombia.
